Rachelle Michelon BSN, RN
With an impressive 15-year career in aesthetics, Rachelle is much more than an advanced injector—she's a National Trainer for industry giants like Allergan, the creators of Botox and Juvederm, and Revance, the makers of RHA and Redensity. Her steady hands and warm demeanor have earned her a sterling reputation for making patients feel both welcome and secure. But her influence extends beyond individual patient care. As the leader of the injector training program for Skin by Lovely's Pacific Northwest locations, she's a mentor who helps to shape the future of aesthetic medicine. Rachel Duncan MSN, FNP-C
Hailing from the Midwest, Rachel built a significant portion of her distinguished career at the University of Chicago Medical Center, specializing in general and plastic surgery, before finding her professional home at Skin by Lovely. A magna cum laude graduate with a master's degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and a bachelor's degree from Lewis University in Illinois, Rachel is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her expertise doesn't end there; as the Clinical Director for all four Skin by Lovely locations, Rachel sets the gold standard for clinical excellence, ensuring that each facility reflects the highest levels of patient care and medical integrity. Nilu Rustomji PA-C
Originally from Ventura County, Nilu Rustomji PA-C completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at UCLA. She later attended Duke University for her physician assistant training. Upon graduating, Nilu returned to California to kick-start her career in a private dermatology clinic in Santa Barbara. While her initial focus was on medical and surgical dermatology, she found her true passion in aesthetic medicine. Now, Nilu is devoted to helping patients feel their most confident and empowering aspiring injectors to find their own zeal within the industry. With Nilu, passion and expertise come hand in hand.
