InjectionU® was founded in 2016 by Lovely Laban GNP-C MSN, the Clinical Director and founder of Skin by Lovely, a leading medical aesthetic practice on the West Coast.
As a natural educator, Lovely has imparted her expertise to numerous physicians and licensed medical care professionals across the United States and Canada, training them to achieve outstanding outcomes with injectable products like Botox, Juvéderm, and Restylane.
In order to carry on her mission, Lovely assembled a group of like-minded, nurturing, and highly skilled aesthetic injectors in 2016 to continue offering her trainings.

Our priority is to provide our students with the utmost quality in training, which we believe is achieved by entrusting their education to our most trusted individuals. Our instructors not only work at our affiliated institution, Skin by Lovely, but have also been individually selected as national trainers for renowned brands such as Allergan (makers of Botox and Juvederm), Galderma (makers of Restylane and Dysport), and Revance (makers of RHA and Daxxify). As a result, our instructors are dedicated to continually honing their expertise and refining their abilities, with the ultimate goal of imparting their knowledge to you.

Lovely Laban GNP-C MSN
Having trained thousands of aspiring and advanced injectors, Lovely is a recognized leader in the field of medical aesthetics. She is a dedicated educator who has presented at prestigious conferences such as the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nursing, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgery Nursing, and numerous regional scientific meetings. As a member of Allergan's AMI training team and Galderma's GAIN Training faculty for over a decade, Lovely has helped to shape the industry by sharing her knowledge and experience with countless medical professionals.
Jessie Barron RN
With a commitment to promoting each patient's unique beauty, Jessie is a skilled injector who has trained alongside some of the industry's top professionals. As the Lead Educator for InjectionU, she brings her expertise to a new generation of injectors, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed. With a passion for helping people of all backgrounds, genders, and identities look and feel their personal best, Jessie's approach is as compassionate as it is effective. Her dedication to her craft is evident in the success of her students, who have gone on to become successful injectors in their own right.
Rachelle Michelon BSN, RN
Rachelle is an advanced injector and National Trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox and Juvederm and Revance, the makers of RHA and Redensity. With over 15 years of experience in the field of aesthetics, Rachelle has developed a reputation for making her patients feel welcome and safe in her steady hands. In addition to delivering exceptional patient outcomes, she also leads the injector training program for Skin by Lovely's Pacific Northwest offices.
Rachel Duncan MSN, FNP-C
Our Midwest native spent much of her career at the University of Chicago Medical Center in general and plastic surgery before calling Skin by Lovely her home. Rachel Duncan obtained her masters, graduating magna cum laude, from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her bachelors from Lewis University in Illinois. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Rachel is also the Clinical Director of Skin by Lovely's four locations.
Amanda Nahon MSN, FNP-C
Amanda is a highly respected injector in the Oregon medical aesthetics field, known for her artistic eye, expertise, and dedication to patient care. Her reputation as a trusted and respected leader is a testament to her ability to inspire and guide her colleagues with a positive and supportive approach. As the Clinical Manager of Skin by Lovely Portland, Amanda's clinical leadership ensures that every patient receives the highest level of care and attention they deserve.
Nilu Rustomji PA-C
Originally from Ventura County, Nilu Rustomji PA-C obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology at UCLA. Nilu went on to attend physician assistant school at Duke University, and upon graduating, moved back home to California to begin her career as a PA working at a private dermatology clinic in Santa Barbara. While Nilu was trained primarily in medical and surgical dermatology, she was exposed to aesthetic medicine and truly fell in love with it. It has become her passion to help patients feel their most confident and to help other aspiring injectors unlock their passion within the industry as well.
