Target Audience

The educational design of this activity addresses the needs of Medical Professionals involved in the treatment of patients with aesthetic concerns.

Statement of Need/Program Overview

Upon completion of Neurotoxins 101, participants will be able to identify anatomical landmarks for safe injection of Neurotoxins, understand the differences in Neurotoxins offered in the United States, and learn techniques to optimize safety for full face and neck Neurotoxins.

Educational Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  • Describe the anatomy of the facial muscles and nerves involved in the administration of botulinum toxin injections.

  • Describe the physiology of the facial muscles and nerves involved in the administration of botulinum toxin injections.

  • List the various aesthetic indications for botulinum toxin treatment.

  • Discuss different botulinum toxin formulations.

  • Discuss different botulinum toxin injection techniques to achieve desired outcomes

Instructions to Receive Credit

Participants will be sent an email from Outcomes@GlobalEducationGroup.com with a link that allows them to complete the post-test and evaluation and claim credit. In order to receive credit for this activity, the participant must complete the posttest and evaluation and must also score at least a 70% on the post-test. Participants will be able to select the amount of credit they are claiming and download their certificate at the time of successful completion of the post-test and evaluation.

Fee Information& Refund/Cancellation Policy

There is $2500 fee for this educational activity.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided; however, participants are not allowed to cancel their registration, but they have the option to reschedule their attendance to another class date with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. The training program may make exceptions to this policy under exceptional circumstances. Participants are responsible for notifying the program and receiving confirmation of the new class date. Non-attendance or failure to provide notice will not entitle participants to any refund or rescheduling options. The policy is subject to amendment at the program's discretion.
